Hey Guys!
I want to announce not one but TWO very important, and very exciting events coming up in April.
First up, the generous and charitable folks at YRSF have put in a great effort to raise awareness and support for the victims of the recent Quake and Tsunami disaster in Japan. They will be hosting a fundraising event on Saturday, April 16th, 2011 with lots of sponsors (Toshiba, PNP gaming to name a few with more to come!). Make sure you attend, and if you can’t, make sure you watch the stream hosted by none other than, Golden Horseshoe Street Fighter!
The location has not been announced yet but you can find the details here at Shoryuken.com
And for the second announcement, -Hibikster- of snk-capcom.com will be running the VERY first London SF tournament, London Fight Fest #1! Make sure you come out and spread the words to your friends too! This is a great chance to help grow the SF community out in London and to show people what our community is all about! You can click the poster below for a link to the details!

Special mention goes to Catatonic Killer of GHSF for showing off his She-Hulk and eliminating Rebelo in the losers bracket of Marvel vs Capcom 3.

Hey Everyone!
I was lucky enough to have a change to attend Gaming Ottawa’s first monthly event, of course in our wonderful capitol of Ottawa, Ontario. The venue was great, the people kindly piled on the hospitality and the event was a blast!
Even though it’s a little late in the life line of Super Street Fighter IV and with Marvel Vs Capcom 3 looming ever closer over the horizon, the tournament still proved to be very entertaining. Local top challengers Jensine, and Gonzo Show put on a fantastic performance, only to be trumped by the Legendary Secret Sauga Seth champion, BuddahForce.
Anyways, I’ll cut to the chase! Below is a link to the GoldenHorseshoeSF youtube channel where the match videos from the tournament are available for viewing! Once again, Thank you to Gaming Ottawa for putting on a successful event, and I hope to see much more in the future from this group. Thank you to all the people who came out to support, Contra for housing both myself and BuddahForce, the wonderful people in Ottawa for showing us their hospitality both at the tournament and at the part afterwards! I’m looking forward to seeing you all again!
